Post Tensioning
Ard germe, yüksek dayanımlı çelik
halatların kullanılmasıyla betonun çekme
kuvvetlerine karşı dayanıklılığını artırmak
amacıyla uygulanan bir yöntemdir.
Post-tensioning is a method applied to
enhance the resistance of concrete
against tensile forces by using high-
strength steel strands.

How Post-Tensioning is Applied?
Beton dökülmeden önce, donatıların içine koruyucu
kılıflar yerleştirilir.
Before casting the concrete, protective ducts are placed
within the reinforcement.
Beton döküldükten sonra, ard germe halatları bu kılıflara
yerleştirilir.
After the concrete is poured, post-tensioning strands
are inserted into these ducts.
Hidrolik krikolar kullanılarak, proje aşamasında
hesaplanan basınç kuvvetleri altında çelik halatlar gerilir.
Using hydraulic jacks, the steel strands are tensioned
under the pressure forces calculated during the design
phase.
Germe işlemi tamamlandıktan sonra, halatlar uygun
şekilde kesilir.
Once the stressing process is completed, the strands are
properly cut.
Daha önce yerleştirilen kılıflara, özel çimento şerbeti
(grout) basınçla enjekte edilerek sistem tamamlanır.
Finally, the ducts are pressure-injected with special
cement grout, completing the system.
